Kalina De Moura - Writer/Director

Born and raised in Brazil , as well as a US Citizen . She resides in Texas, DFW area for the past 14 years. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. She began writing as a child, from "back-yard" small plays , to award winning music lyrics. She has a passion for life, social causes, and is extremely optimistic . Her goal in life it is to make a positive difference in the lives of the viewers of her films and the readers of her Novels.

Her first published work as an author was in October of 1998, Novel tittle ( Julia , Uma "Epoca" ) , ( Julia , " The Epoch") , sold out in less than one week ; this novel is a period piece written as pure fiction with a touch of historic facts during the early 19th century colonial times in Brazil, where slavery was still practiced for the longest time.

 

Wes Sutton - Director/Cinematographer/Writer/Visual Effects

Wes started in film making creating music videos for bands during the height of the Deep Ellum music scene in Dallas. He has also made music videos for Tori Amos and Modest Mouse. He is a director, cinematographer, editor and visual effects artist. The feature “Jebadiah’s Axe” that he shot, edited and created the visual effects was selected for several festivals last year. His latest production is the feature “Till Death”, a romantic-revenge/action-adventure/road-trip dramedy is currently on the festival circuit. He is a co-programmer for the Dallas Video Festival. He also a committee member for the Women in Film – Dallas, Chick Flicks Festival
